Using the service
You may use Global Threat Tracker and its research modules for lawful research, education, discussion, and internal analysis. You must not interfere with the service, bypass access controls, automate abusive traffic, misrepresent modeled output as verified fact, or use the product where a qualified professional or authoritative source is required.
Only StraitWatch, the dedicated Strait of Hormuz lens, uses the Hormuz simulator. The other research areas, from conflict lenses and disease pages to World Power Balance, climate, food, and cyber, do not inherit its inputs or outputs.
Accounts and memberships
Public access requires no account. Paid features require an account with the configured identity provider. You are responsible for protecting access to that account. Individual memberships are for one named member and may not be shared.
Subscriptions
Individual membership adds advanced tools only inside StraitWatch, the dedicated Strait of Hormuz lens: longer simulations, source monitoring, historical replay, economic-transmission analysis, model-output comparisons, satellite context, and local exports. Prices are displayed in USD before checkout. Paddle is the merchant of record and presents taxes, renewal terms, payment methods, and its buyer terms at checkout. You may cancel renewal from the member page or Paddle’s buyer tools. Access normally continues until the end of the paid period unless a refund or applicable law requires otherwise.
Sources, models, and availability
Public reports may be incomplete, delayed, revised, or wrong. Model outputs depend on disclosed assumptions and are not predictions. Third-party maps, imagery, reporting, and economic references remain subject to their publishers’ rights and terms. The service may change, become unavailable, or remove a feature or source.
Responsibility
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without a guarantee of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, continuous availability, or a particular outcome. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.
Governing terms
Global Threat Tracker is operated by ZOA LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of PA, USA. These terms are governed by the laws of PA, USA, subject to mandatory consumer protections and conflict-of-law rules that apply to you. Contact admin@strait-watch.com before beginning a formal dispute so the issue can be reviewed.
